Integrated handle incorporated into the sash profile gives a Unique 20mm sightline when open, maintaining minimal equal sightlines throughout the visible system. Electric high security locking mechanism controlled by wall switch as standard. This can also easily be integrated into other security and home automation systems External access is achieved by using a remote control which can connect up to three door sets on a mobile device using Niko technology The doors can also be locked in a 100mm vented position In the event of a power fail, the lock goes into safe mode and the bolt is released to secure the doors. An override access panel is discreetly positioned in the top of the door frame. By removing its magnetic cover, you can manually override to lock or unlock the system

Choose low-maintenance powder-coated finishes (standard or bespoke RAL), discreet multi-point locking and glass options such as solar-control or easy-clean. COR 20 can also be specified as a sliding window to keep one minimal language across elevations.
Thermally broken frames, insulated units and quality seals stabilise indoor temperatures without adding visual bulk. Independent testing underpins reliability across UK weather: EN 12210 C5 (wind), EN 12208 7A (water) and EN 12207 Class 4 (air). For sunny aspects, add solar-control coatings; for urban settings, select acoustic laminates. Document L/Q compliance available when specified.
We manage everything in-house—survey → CAD → manufacture → install → aftercare—for a predictable programme. After approved drawings, bespoke sets commonly start from 4–6 weeks depending on configuration, glazing and finishes.
